This Piece actualy goes with another that collector Percy Yap bought, it is concidered a finished piece. The other sold for 500$, it is also one of my favorite self portraits. This work is guarented to go up in value as I am one of Canada’s best up and coming artist. Regardless I will not quit this piece is an investment piece and there fore the price reflects it. Personally I would like to keep it for my own collection, and if it does not sell shortly I shall and sell it at after my retrospective. This piece and the one I now proudly own (oh, you didn’t get a chance to consider it? you snooze, you lose) have always reminded me in terms of emotional tonality of some of Phil Hale’s works.
