Hans All Over 150,000$
This Work created in 2001 is in the permanent Berger/Rossetto collection to be sold after my death. Rachael Berger, the mother of my child is the sole owner of this work upon discussion we decided that if the price was right she could part with it. The magic number was 150,000 $ +tax, which would be split in half to help both our economic situations For information about this work please contact me at rossettoink @gmail.com, serious inquires only. Here is the complete document pertaining to the ownership of my art work at the present time.
I meant to write last night, I was tired by the end of the day I just want to send you a quick inventory of the works you are owed, just in case I died suddenly So. In my possession works that you have paid for are A finished commission portrait of Karen Ashby completed in 2009 , a Chinese ink self portrait entitled Anger which matches the other work you have in your position(it is 17 inches x 20 in a green covered Canson sketch book), the portrait of the Prince(or king) I have tattooed on my forearm drawn in pastel on paper which is located at my fathers house in a box marked sketch books and journals(if that is in bad condition you are entitled to another drawing) as well as you are owed 650$ if by some strange chance of fate I have died and you are still owed that, you are entitled to one completed Automatic Word drawing of your choosing from any of my sketchbooks (excluding works from my personal collection which are for Stella these works include Je Suis Une Monstre, And Darkness Fell Upon Us All and FullMoon and the Lotus Woman [they are in a file folder separate from the sketch books, just to clarify works that are Stella's] as well as any study(non finished composition of Automatic drawing) or self portrait of his choosing. John McCrank is owed one painting for payments made for future work , if that work has not been completed he is allowed to chose from either Holyman or Unfinished Painting # 1 the other is to be given to Stella He can also choose from one automatic word drawing from my sketchbooks. Rachel Berger (Stella’s mom) is to be given the piece entitled Hans All Over, and the Artists and Model(like Picasso’s Mani tor and model, beast draws sleeping Model).
The work BABY MAMA is to be sold for the highest possible price(nothing under 15000$) 10 % of that sale is to be put in an forced savings account Stella can receive at 25 the rest is to given to Rachel Berger to help with raising Stella. All other work is to held for Stella till she is 30 by Percy Yap and John McCrank, who upon agreement can sell works and copyrights to work (given a proper price) on behalf of Stella with her consent(starting now). An agreement that it is in the best interest of Stella must be made by the three of them(Rachel’s thoughts should be taken in to consideration) before any sale is made.No other work is to be given to anyone as I have not created the body of work I would have liked and both friends and family have Many pieces. My father has a sketchbook(The Book of Revelations) which can be divided between my brother and sister( just so you guys know you are not left out) and I ask Robert to give Kate some works from the book Anatomically Correct if a proper amount of high quality work can not be found in the sketch book entitled ” The Book Of Revelations”. I have made these decision with the thought of what the best interest of my daughter would be. All publishing rights to any work should be left to Stella with a percentage given to John and Percy for any expenditures they might incure.
Richard Rossetto
(this email will be sent to John McCrank, Percy Yap, Rachel Berger, June Rossetto and Kate Rossetto , I have requested that John and Percy act as advisors in these matters as the have invested the most money in my practice and therefore I believe have a vested interest in seeing my Legacy is properly taken care of, I have also saved this file in my gmail Archive, I write this today to protect the interests of those who have invested in me and my daughter. thank you all very much.)

I am very much in love with the work you were producing at that period of your life and Hans All Over is no exception. The tightness of the piece almost seems to suggest a formalism to the composition that is softened by the deceptively smooth flow of words which make up the piece. Rachel is one lucky woman to have this piece!
Why isn’t this piece available in some form on cafepress.com?
